The Talent Acquisition Cluster Lead for Germany & Switzerland in Dyer, TN is responsible for tactical and operational recruitment as a business partner for the Cluster, working closely with HR and Business Leaders.

Are you able to effectively drive and coordinate the hiring process to support the business in recruiting the right individuals to achieve current and future business plans? Do you have experience managing the full recruitment cycle? If so, we want you on our team.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Providing recruitment guidance from initial requisition to the entire hiring process, including active recruiting, sourcing, screening, skills and abilities testing, preemployment checks, compliance, offer development and delivery.
  • Offering regular market insights using information from internal and external sources to become a market expert.
  • Taking ownership of customer satisfaction results within the function, department or business unit, and implementing action plans as needed.
  • Supporting the implementation of Talent Acquisition programs and projects for the CoE Europe, such as ATS enhancements, employer branding and social media campaigns, diversity and inclusion initiatives, hiring manager training, interview training, and supplier management.
  • Driving social media recruitment strategy and sourcing passive talent.

Your qualifications include:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
