Here's what you can expect:

As the IT Workplace Services Team Leader, you and your team ensure smooth operations and continuous optimization of workplace services.

You are responsible for providing and maintaining our end-user devices, meeting room and media infrastructure, including managing software applications. You oversee and coordinate the service for solving technical problems and conducting training for our end-users. You ensure innovative and secure development of the work environment. You provide guidance and direction to your team, make decisions, and represent them within the organization. You are responsible for the professional and strategic development of topics based on OKR. You support your team members in their professional and personal development. You are responsible for balanced resource and capacity management within your team.

Here's what you bring:
You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.

You have several years of experience in IT workplace services and have been involved in the conception and implementation of IT workplace services.

You are familiar with current technologies and trends in end-user devices, operating systems, software applications, and IT infrastructures. You have experience in disciplinary leadership of employees, ideally in an agile environment.
