Description
The Marketing Specialist will be our main liaison to our outside marketing firm and will aid in the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for API to grow brand awareness, attract new clients and retain our diverse client portfolio.
Our ideal candidate will be experienced in execution of day-to-day marketing activities as well as development of long-term strategy in a "B2B" setting.

Cultivate brand awareness and corporate identityEstablish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segmentsDevelop and execute marketing campaigns and assess and report on resultsConduct client research as well as competitor analysis in support of improved marketing strategy and communicationsResponsible for content management across all channels, including website and social mediaPlanning and managing events and conferencesDevelop collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and third party partnersProvide support for internal communications and initiatives for Human ResourcesManage and maintain the marketing budgetRequired Skills, Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in marketing, product and/or brand management.Experience with marketing automation and CRM toolsAbility to develop, track, manage and analyze marketing initiativesSuccessful track record in managing to and achieving key performance indicatorsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, independent thinkerAbility to multi task and work well under strict deadlines in a fast paced environmentProficiency with online marketing and social media toolsGlobal brand cultivation and managementPosition Type and Expected Hours of WorkFull time, Monday through Friday, normal core business hours and as needed on nights and weekends unless otherwise specified.
