Job Summary:


The a4 Marketing Specialist is a critical role within the Marketing team and will operate in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple projects.

This position will work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing Leadership to develop engaging materials and content that highlight a4's unique value to our customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and create sales materials and sales collateral in PowerPoint.
  • Write compelling content for presentations, articles, and blogs.
  • Design and write content for case studies.
  • Meet regularly with sales leadership and their sales teams.
  • Assist in managing our sales library platform.
  • Assist with written content, blogs, etc.
  • Assist with a4 sponsored events and conferences.
  • Assist with marketing analytics tasks.
  • Assist with social media design and posting.
  • Other marketing functions to be assigned or as needed.

Qualifications:


  • 2 years of experience in marketing
  • Critical to be great in PowerPoint beyond the basics (Must demonstrate this skill during the hiring process)
  • Exceptional creative skills
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Experience with creative platforms like Photoshop and Canva
  • Selfstarter who can independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly and with accuracy
  • Experience in the advertising industry is a plus
  • Experience giving marketing support to a sales team is a plus
  • Experience with social media for a business or brand is a plus
  • Experience working for an advertising agency is a plus
  • Experience with event coordination and planning is a plus
