    Job Overview:


    The Field Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our pool technicians operating in the field.

    This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in pool maintenance and team leadership.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service quality, safety, and operational efficiency within their designated area.


    Position Overview:


    We are currently seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations and logistics for our commercial pool company.

    The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in inventory management, fleet support for DOT trucks, and excellent communication abilities in both English and Spanish.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing pool equipment and supplies.
    Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and accurate work performance.
    Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues.
    Oversee inventory management processes, including inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
    Provide fleet support for DOT trucks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintenance schedules.
    Coordinate service routes for technicians, optimizing efficiency and customer service.
    Facilitate delivery coordination with customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
    Maintain strong customer relations, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
    Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
    Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
    Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
    Knowledge of DOT regulations and experience with fleet management is preferred.
    Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
    Ability to comprehend and apply principles of basic math while analyzing data and generating reports.
    Ability to multitask with changing priorities and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
    Forklift operator.
