What You'll Do:


Enterprise account executives cultivate client relationships, develop and implement plans to drive revenue growth, generate leads, negotiate contracts, identify prospective clients, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will connect our clients with tailored solutions. You will orchestrate the flawless movement of freight across the nation. Your keen eye for detail and knack for problem-solving will shine as you anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions.

  • Logistics Luminary: _You have a proven track record in the logistics and transportation realm, with a deep understanding of freight brokerage and supply chain intricacies.
  • Tech Savvy_: You're not afraid to embrace technology; in fact, you're excited to leverage digital tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving Prodigy_: Logistics hiccups don't faze you; you thrive on finding innovative solutions to keep the freight flowing.

Our expectations:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in 3PL industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric mindset.
  • Highly organized, detailoriented, and capable of multitasking in a fastpaced environment.
  • Passion and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced energetic environment.
