Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY
Join our team as a Business Development Professional, where you will support our efforts to expand our Quality Management System consulting services and Application subscribership.
In this role, you will be tasked with executing strategic sales and business development initiatives, ensuring that our client relationships are both long-term and highly responsive. Your focus will be on driving growth and increasing our market presence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Strategic Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and strategic analysis. Implement growth strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
· Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of the technical details of our services to enhance existing relationships and establish new ones with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
· Lead Generation and Marketing: Lead and participate in marketing campaigns and trade shows to generate leads and increase brand visibility. Conduct application demonstrations. Deliver pitches and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
· Sales Process Oversight: Achieve mastery of our internal processes including quoting, closing, and project oversight through completion.
· Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the administrative and operations team to execute.
