HYBRID SCHEDULE

2 days in Culver City, CA, 3 days remote per week

Our international real estate & entertainment client is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to a growing team This position will be mostly remote, on a hybrid schedule going into the Culver City, CA office two days per week The Senior Financial Analyst will report directly to the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities for the

Senior Financial Analyst:
Manage the financial forecast process by running and maintaining forecast models.
Forecast key performance indicators using historical and statistical methods.
Prepare monthly variance analysis and explanations each month for actuals vs. budget and actuals vs. forecast, identify, analyze, and correct information as needed in order to present accurate information.
Prepare information for SEC filling, earnings release, and earnings calls.
Responsible for coordination, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the budgeting, forecasting and management reporting process.
Analyze and understand research analyst reports and models and prepare comparisons to the Company's projections.

Qualifications for the

Senior Financial Analyst:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or relatedA minimum 3+ years' professional experience of financial analysis/FP&AIntermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, if-statements, etc.)Excellent communication skills

Compensation for the Senior Financial Analyst is $85,000 to $90,000 DoE plus a discretionary bonus and competitive benefits package including but not limited to medical, paid time off, and an above average 401k match.
