Job Description Responsibilities**:


  • Support the consolidation and analysis of monthly/quarterly film P&L ultimate updates (performance, production changes, etc.)
  • Create title "whatif" sensitivity scenarios (box office performance, etc.) to assist in monthly pacing and prerelease analysis
  • Prepare and present prerelease film ultimate P&L analyses for senior leadership and pacing
  • Support the management of film production costs for future and tracked ultimates, working closely with production finance
  • Actively manage Film Slate reporting for UFEG films
  • Prepare executive dashboards to summarize KPIs and analysis to senior leadership
  • Assist with title master data administration on a monthly basis (slate title adds, etc.)
  • Collaborate with UFEG's 10+ film business units to ensure coordinated processes and timely ultimate reporting
  • Support Studio Group CFO and SVP on ultimate adhoc projects

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Interest in Entertainment Finance
  • Proficiency with SAP and BPC (preferred but not required)

Additional Requirements:


  • Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range:
$65,000 - $75,000.
