Position Overview:


Responsibilities include:

Tableau Super User:

  • Demonstrate mastery in Tableau to develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations.
  • Utilize Tableau to extract, transform, and analyze complex data sets to generate meaningful insights.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance Tableau functionality and optimize data visualization processes.

Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct indepth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to provide actionable insights and support strategic decisionmaking.

Salesforce Integration:

  • Integrate Salesforce data with Tableau to streamline reporting processes and provide comprehensive analytics.
  • Leverage Salesforce expertise to enhance data accuracy and consistency across platforms.

Data Management:

  • Manage large datasets with precision, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
  • Support migration of legacy tools to Tableau, driving efficiency and scalability.

Forecasting and Budgeting:

  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes, providing accurate financial projections and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic financial plans aligned with business objectives.

GAAP Analysis:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Generate and distribute regular financial reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain documentation of analytical methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tableau super user, with proven expertise in dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce integration and CRM tools; familiarity with Prophix is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.

Terms of Employment:


  • Hours: Full-Time Employment. 40+ hours per week
  • Pay rate: $80,000 Annually Depending on Experience + up to 10% Annual Bonus.
  • Office: Work is virtual
