    Job description:

    In your new role you will:
    Develop and optimize algorithms for

    NOR flash memory
    Design and

    verify test structures
    Characterize

    NOR flash memory cells and periphery devices
    Collaborate with the process-development team to meet device reliability and performance requirements
    Provide

    device-related inputs to product design teams


    Your Profile:
    You are best equipped for this task if you have:
    MS or Ph.
    D . in engineering, preferably in EE
    Coursework or research experience in

    semiconductor device physics is required
    Work experience in

    non-volatile memory is a plus
    Good understanding of

    statistics is preferred
    Ability and interest in

    tackling complex engineering problems are a must

    Wage Range that the Company Expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

    Minimum of $109,360.00 Salary per year
    Maximum of $150,370.00 Salary per year

    In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
