    Description

    Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to oversee administrative support services efficiently throughout our Organization.

    • Manage administrative tasks such as mail distribution, invoice routing, office equipment maintenance, and office supplies inventory within budget limits.
    • Implement corporate travel policies and manage travel accounts.
    • Monitor expenses and approve invoices for office services, equipment, and travel.
    • Conduct cost reduction research and suggest operational improvements.
    • Identify outdated practices and establish continuous improvement processes.

    Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Educational Requirements:

    • Four-year college degree is a must.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Deep understanding of office management procedures.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain composed under pressure.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Capable of critical thinking to identify and resolve issues.
