Position:
Quality Management Officer (m/f/d) for Sandwiches

Your responsibilities:

Development and conceptualization of the strategic advancement of quality management within the company
Coordination and management of collaboration between quality managers of subsidiary companies
Management and responsibility for the matrix certification of the company
Oversight of quality management for Contilia GmbH
Participation in internal committees and working groups

Your profile:

Completed education or degree and practical experience in quality management
Experience in a corporate environment and leadership experience in matrix structures
Experience in (clinical) risk management
Pragmatic, processoriented, and digitally focused approach with a focus on continuous improvement of the company's core services
Resultsoriented and structured work style with a passion for conceptualization and implementation
Ability to convince and inspire colleagues from different departments through empathetic and communicative behavior
