    JOB SUMMARY

    Our organization is seeking an experienced, dedicated and personable individual to join our front desk receptionist team. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and energetic personality, excellent administrative skills and a history of working in a fast-paced office environment. We are looking for a candidate who has excellent interpersonal skills, maintains a pleasant demeanor and is able to prioritize their workload

    The Front Office Coordinator - Patient Registration Support, is responsible for customer service, online patient registration assistance, scheduling appointments, and check-in, as well as supporting/covering the front desk. In addition, this position provides front desk coverage for after hours thru 6pm. This will often require interacting with walk-in visitors, vendor traffic and scheduled appointments with the business offices.

    The Front Office Coordinator is an integral part of the organization and is the first point of contact for our corporate location. The incumbent will dress professionally, have great welcoming personaality and exceptional customer service skills. Bilingual preferred , not required.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • You will welcome guests and greet visitors entering the corporate location.
    • Sit at the front desk, coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
    • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, brochures, etc.)
    • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
    • Patient Registration, will have a pleasant personality, as this position is also a customer service role.
    • Ability to multi-task and handle many incoming calls or patients at once.
    • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
    • Efficient and accurate typing & data-entry skills.
    • Perform additional duties as needed.
    Qualifications

    REQUIREMENTS
    • Minimum 1+ years' experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Clerk, Customer Service Registration, or Similar Role.
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Professional attitude and appearance
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Bilingual (good to have, not required)

    • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.
    • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.

    • Stress tolerance with the ability to remain calm under pressure; must courteously and professionally assist clients, even if client is unpleasant.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
