- Lead the Accounting and FP&A teams, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to inform strategic decisionmaking.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that improve financial discipline and accountability across the company.
- Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for cost reduction.
- Oversee the Operations team, including Returns, Customer Experience (CX), and Logistics, to ensure operational efficiency and excellence.
- Implement strategies to streamline operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve the returns process.
- Work closely with other departments to align financial and operational goals, facilitating crossfunctional initiatives that drive companywide improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a highperforming finance and operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Promote collaboration and communication within and across teams, ensuring that financial and operational strategies are clearly understood and effectively executed.
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy and providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and operational performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing finance and operational teams.
- Experience at at top consulting firm is also OK.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting; experience with financial software and accounting systems.
- Proficiency in managing logistics, customer experience, and returns processes, with a track record of optimizing operational efficiency.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, capable of making sound decisions based on data and insights.
