    Description

    Most provide a welcoming, positive, and supportive presence for all clients and be interested in the wellbeing of all clients.

    Works with clients on making sure they are aware of the expectations of the program and offer encouragement to those who are not following the expectations.

    Assist with documentation processes.

    Orient clients to the facility.

    Perform assigned housekeeping and maintenance duties.

    Assist with the planning and supervision of Fun Friday events

    Provides assistant when needed to the Primary Counselors and Intake Coordinator as needed.

    You have a BA or AS degree in social work, human services, counseling, or other relevant field.

    SAC-IT credential granted by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services preferred, not required.

    You are a strong team player who enjoys helping others.

    You are positive, upbeat, and have professional written and verbal communication.

    You have an understanding of substance use disorders and the general recovery principles.

    Must have strong crisis management skills, problem solving skills, and works well under pressure.
