- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for sales representatives.
- Establish and maintain centralized repositories of information to support sales representatives in their roles.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives to foster continuous learning and uphold knowledge standards.
- Partner with sales managers to provide support and guidance to individuals facing challenges.
- Monitor and track inquiries and concerns from sales representatives, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Be available on-call to provide real-time assistance with technical queries during critical periods.
- 1+ years of training experience (or teaching/tutoring experience)
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Passion for technology and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and support team members at all levels.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred not required

Your primary responsibility will involve conducting regular, product-focused training sessions tailored to both new recruits and seasoned Account Executives. Additionally, you'll provide real-time support for complex product inquiries and collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure seamless integration of product knowledge into their strategies.
