    Job Description:

    Client Support Associate Position at Apex Systems

    Join a team of a major financial institution as a Client Support Associate. This role includes hybrid work with 1-2 days in the office.



    Responsibilities:
    • Build personal relationships with internal and external customers
    • Provide customized assistance independently to address customer needs
    • Act as the main point of contact for customers and handle complex issues
    • Offer support on various computer systems
    • Meet call requirements and maintain quality review scores
    • Use CRM to accurately log and monitor calls
    • Participate in special projects, training, and support activities

    Key Requirements:
    • Minimum of a High School Diploma
    • 2+ years of experience in client/customer service or call center roles
    • 1+ years of proficiency in managing multiple computer systems

    Desired Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
    • 1+ years of experience in Financial Services
    • 2+ years of delivering excellent service and resolving problems
    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written

    Location: Candidates are required to report to one of the following locations twice a week:
    Atlanta, GA
    Des Moines, IA
    Denver, CO
    San Diego, CA
    El Segundo, CA
    Schaumburg, IL
    St. Cloud, MN
