- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Laboratory preferred
- Good computer skills for using computer-based programs
- Basic knowledge of laboratory processes
- Basic mathematics proficiency, including decimals and percentage
- Perform media preparation according to work instructions and SOPs, recording traceable information
- Manage laboratory inventory, arrange equipment calibration and maintenance, maintain lab cleanliness
- Receive production samples and laboratory supplies
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors
- Prepare test supplies
- Clean and prepare lab glassware and supplies
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of supporting lab equipment such as autoclaves and dishwashers
- Assist in maintaining laboratory paperwork and organization
