Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the lab management team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes, including new hire paperwork, training coordination, and introduction to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records, including personnel files, timekeeping records, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Assist with HR compliance activities, including maintaining awareness of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned by the HR Manager or lab leadership team.
  • Perform general office management duties, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating facility maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in administrative support or HR coordination role.
  • Knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment law and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
