As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are looking for a Factory Security Specialist (m/f/d) for our renowned client in Frankfurt am Main.

Your responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of systems in the alarm receiving center / emergency call and service control center
  • Processing of incoming alarms and fault reports from fire, burglary, and holdup alarm systems
  • Information management between customers, technicians, and authorities
  • Optimization of existing processes as well as development, implementation, and maintenance of new processes
  • Management of hazard alarm systems from condition monitoring to the integration of technicians and the initiation of measures in case of an alarm

Your profile:

  • Education or professional experience in the fields of telecommunications, electrical engineering, media, information technology, or similar
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Professional communication skills in German, good knowledge of English is desirable
  • High level of customer orientation, reliability, teamwork, resilience, and sense of responsibility
  • Proficient and confident in using a PC
  • Independent and dedicated work ethic
  • Willingness to work in shifts and oncall duty (3shift system)
