As a Rental Clerk (m/f/d), you will review incoming documents for completeness and conduct credit checks
You will create rental agreements and send them to interested parties
You will independently review exposés from brokers and landlords
Everyday correspondence with service providers, brokers, and landlords is also part of your tasks
Finally, you will also handle apartment terminations

You are proficient in MS Office
