Our Cybersecurity Finance Team is made up of diverse, motivated, and experienced individuals. We have locations in Munich and Madrid, with supporting controllers in the US, China, Mexico, Austria, and Portugal.


Are you up for the challenge in Cybersecurity Finance?

Your role will include:


  • Being the Responsible Unit Controller for financial control and target achievement for our global Siemens Cybersecurity Defense Team. This includes partnering with the global Head of Unit, Head of Departments, and Service Owners in multiple countries such as Germany, Spain, Portugal, US, Mexico, and China.
  • Managing comprehensive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, deviation analysis, and implementing corrective measures in alignment with the Head of Unit and Head of Finance.
  • Developing financial business cases for new services, including location strategy, labor and cost calculation, service price calculation, and longterm development.
  • Managing financial contracts and commercial projects for important projects/programs for both internal and external customers (e.g. affiliates, carve outs, etc.).
  • Guiding and supervising finance and cybersecurity colleagues in different countries to continue the transformation from a "cost center thinking" to a "Service-P&L thinking" organization. This includes introducing and supporting a service controlling system and toolset, covering cost and revenue planning on a service and unit level, and actively driving business understanding for time allocation and cost controlling.
