For one of our clients in the field of special machine construction, we are looking for a Quality Planner (m/f/d) in the greater Aachen area.


Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for collecting material requirements and implementing them in sample requirements
  • You are in active communication with other departments of the company, especially with the R&D department, and then communicate with suppliers to ensure understanding of the requirements
  • You are also responsible for product acceptance of initial samples
  • You create quality control plans, quality control instructions, and quality control process plans
  • You define quality requirements for supplier parts and, if necessary, for testing equipment
  • You create EMBP and define testing and acceptance criteria as well as the submission stages (determining the scope of sampling)
  • You support process acceptance or process audits at suppliers and service providers
  • You plan the content and timing of initial sampling of supplier parts in cooperation with the development department and purchasing
  • You support purchasing in supplier selection
