The Clinical Development Director/Senior Director is responsible for overseeing and co-leading the design and development of Phase 1-3 clinical trials in collaboration with various departments.

Kathryn, ND must be highly innovative and take bold steps to generate early clinical data by designing well-powered, data-rich studies that significantly reduce the time it takes to bring medicines to patients, control costs, and boost efficiency without compromising on quality and safety.

Kathryn, ND's Development Chapter is responsible for designing and conducting clinical trials for the compounds being developed by atai. They also create and implement the global clinical development strategy, oversee trial execution, and collaborate with external partners.
