Your tasks

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Righthand person to the Category Manager.
  • Main point of contact for Luxembourg suppliers via email, phone, etc.
  • Efficient task management and planning, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Data management: Ensuring accuracy and integrity of product and supplier data in internal systems.
  • Interdepartmental collaboration: Working closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure efficient product placement in the market.
  • Smooth communication at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Updating and publishing internal documents.
  • Providing support and covering for colleagues in case of absence.

Your strengths

  • Higher education degree in marketing or communication.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Junior profiles will also be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Detailoriented, precise, and strong administrative skills.
  • Fluency in French and English. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
