    SUMMARY

    We are seeking a knowledgeable, energetic and dedicated Region Manager located in AZ or NV

Every day our equipment proves itself in a variety of industries, including utility, commercial, signal and lighting, oilfield, dewatering, landfill, and transportation. We are passionate about providing a superior and friendly experience every time we interact with our customers and partners.

    We are searching for a high-energy Regional Manager for our West Coast territory, experienced with Solution Selling principles, who can identify customers' business pain points, come up with a compelling solution, and turn leads into long-lasting business partnerships. The Regional Manager serves as both a new business development specialist and a relationship owner for their developed group of customer accounts, with responsibility for retention and growth.

    With strong product knowledge and an understanding of industry trends, and communicate directly with customers and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. Assist in developing sales strategies. The right candidate will be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with very strong communication skills.

    Excellent attention to detail, presentation and negotiation skills will also be needed to succeed in this role. Applicants should demonstrate expertise in gaining access and selling to mid-to-senior level managers and decision makers.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Including but not limited to:

    • Attaining and exceeding sales quota goals
    • Growing customer base through cold calling
    • Building and maintaining a consistently strong pipeline
    • Following up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
    • Presenting and demonstrating the value of our products and services to prospective buyers
    • Staying current on company products and industry trends
    • Maintaining a database of contact information
    • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
    • Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs
    • Handling negotiations and customer service issues
    • Identifying new and emerging applications and customer groups for our products
    • Providing a consultative sales approach to clients
    • 35-40%+ travel required

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    Candidates must live in the Western US - work from home but call on customers/prospects in AZ, NV, CA, WA in person

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in investment equipment and high-value machinery selling (strong requirement) to West Coast customers
    • Minimum of 3 years' successful experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota (strong requirement)
    • Experience in managing multiple individual accounts with a combined annual revenue over $2M+ (strong requirement)
    • Experience in heavy equipment rentals or sales to the construction industry a big plus
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets
    • Experience is Consultative Selling/ Solution Selling principles and techniques
    • Experience managing and directing the entire sales cycle from beginning to close
    • Candidate will be strategic in finding new business using technical knowledge and skillset as well as daily "boots on the ground" personal engagement
    • Good management presence, communication skills, and credibility
    • Attentive to reporting responsibilities
    • Comprehensive and current knowledge of industry offerings and trends
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong time management skills
    • Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software
