    Your daily focus as the branch leader...

    • Hire, lead, develop and manage a team of recruiters.
    • Lead by example in field associate and client satisfaction and retention.
    • Effectively manage the monthly P&L to increase branch profitability.
    • Collaborate with your team to create and execute strategic sales and service plans.
    • Measure team member performance and coach accordingly.
    • Exceed customer and associate expectations through net promoter participation and scores.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the Staffing Industry
    • Bilingual Spanish/English speaking
    • Prior experience managing team members.
    • Self-motivated - someone who will take initiative to "make it happen"
    • Proven history of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and other performance objectives.
    • Bachelors degree preferred but not necessary; well consider the right experience over a degree.
