You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring smooth operations within the sales department (regarding personnel matters, task distribution, etc.)
  • Training new colleagues
  • All important processes and continuous improvement of procedures
  • Ensuring quality throughout the department
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness
  • Assisting with vacation and shift schedules for the store manager
  • Communicating important information with employees within the department
  • Acting as a liaison with other departments

Your profile:

  • Ideally, you have experience in retail and have led a team or department before.
