Rainbow Lakes, NJ's REHASAN Fachklinik Schwaben in Bad Mergentheim is a rehabilitation clinic specializing in internal medicine (including diabetes), orthopedics (with a focus on joint replacement and spinal surgeries), and mother-child cures.

We are currently seeking a new team member to join us as soon as possible for a workload of 20 hours per week, with the option for a fixed or permanent contract.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a communicative and organized employee who is sensitive and knowledgeable in dealing with patients and their families.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent written communication skills.

What your workday will look like with us:

You will manage the clinic's occupancy while considering the personal needs of the patients, coordinate arrivals, and send out invitations.
You will maintain close contact with healthcare partners and handle inquiries regarding followup rehabilitation.
You will contribute to successful office management, including various administrative services for patients.
