To support our khadi ColorCrew, we are looking for a full-time or part-time employee for our American customer service at our flagship store in Berlin Mitte as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:
Your heart beats for the beauty industry and you want to dive into the world of nature? You love high-end customer communication and enjoy coaching and supporting the community digitally, virtually, and live?

In the khadi ColorCrew, you are the coach on all communication channels.

In addition to comprehensive advice on our product range, you also handle telephone customer orders and are therefore very close to our loyal and enthusiastic American khadi community.

You recommend the optimal application and procedure for 100% natural hair colors and Ayurvedic natural cosmetics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the beauty/hairdressing industry, customer service, or retail is an advantage, but not a must
