Job Responsibilities Description:
Client Communication
Receiving open orders, submitting qualified candidates, educating clients on the market changes.
Recruitment Communication
Prioritizing open positions provided by the clients and communicating to the recruitment teams, educating recruitment on market changes and client preferences.
Driving sales by negotiating bill rates and contract length whenever possible, submitting candidates quickly and effectively to increase the changes of client acceptance, tracking ending placements to assist in extensions to retain billing.
Bachelor Degree Preferred, Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, Communication and Customer Service Skills
