    TEMP REMOTE STRATEGIC IT SOURCING SPECIALIST AT TOP NYC HEALTHCARE FIRM

    Hourly Pay Rate is $62.74 to $67.74 | Temporary with Possibility to Extend or Go Permanent

    Position is Remote from Anywhere in USA working Standard East Coast Hours

    Top NYC Healthcare Firm looking for an experienced sourcing and contracts professional to join its organizations as a Strategic IT Sourcing Specialist . This is currently a Six (6) Month Temporary Assignment with the Possibility to Extend or Go Permanent. Our Division of Strategic IT Sourcing is committed to providing Software Spend Reporting to our Executive Leadership to understand our total software spend. This role will collaborate with all areas of finance, procurement, IT Contracting, and various IT Teams.

    Fully Remote from Anywhere in USA; Working Standard East Coast Hours; Full-time (37.5-hrs Weekly); Mon-Fri (7.5-hrs Daily; and Standard East Coast Hours. Incredible organization where you feel as though you are "giving back . MUST be Fully COVID-19 & Flu Vaccinated. Computer will be provided.

    TOP SKILLS/EXPERIENCE ON RESUME
    • Strategic IT/Technology Sourcing and Contract Management Experience.
    • Contract Life Cycle Management (reviewing, editing, and redlining contracts).
    • Providing Executive/Business Stakeholder reviews/summary's.
    • RFP Experience.
    QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ TRAITS/ QUALITIES
    • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Two to Four (2-4) years of IT Finance experience.
    • Two Plus (2+) years of experience working in the IT Contract Management Space.
    • Experience in Decision Support or Cost Accounting.
    • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite including proficiency in Excel.
    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
    • Review Technology agreements to identify related spend.
    • Collaborate with IT Financial Managers to develop and refine vendor software-based costs.
    • Maintain various financial models used to support decision making throughout the institution.
    • Be involved with projects related to the identification of cost savings and revenue enhancement opportunities.
    • Work with business users to understand their business processes and vendor software spend, translating requirements into functional specifications for dashboards and reports.
    • Design and optimize data models to support reporting infrastructure.
    • Design and develop dashboards to support strategic initiatives with an understanding of results and ability to provide recommendations.
