    Qualifications:

    Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Business & Digital Transformation – Manufacturing and Quality organization is looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join the MES (CMES/Velocity) Product Management team based out of Everett, Washington or Auburn, WA, or Mesa, AZ, or North Charleston, SC, or Seattle, WA .

    This exciting opportunity will provide functional leadership in driving business and digital transformations within our current Manufacturing and Quality (CMES and Velocity) systems.

    Position Responsibilities :

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
  • Analyzes and interprets data.
  • Provides feedback on assessment results.
  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.
  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
  • Works under general direction.
  • This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+years of experience developing and implementing process improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of experience developing solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems, requiring ingenuity and innovation.
  • 3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or military environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years of experience using Velocity.
  • 3+ years of experience working with (CMES) Common Manufacturing Execution System.
  • 3+ years of experience developing project execution plans and schedule.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing process improvement & corrective action initiatives in a manufacturing/military environment.
  • 5+ years of experience developing project execution plans and schedules.
  • Typical Education/Experience:

    Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)

    Senior (Level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

    Relocation:

    Summary pay range:

    Mid-Level (Level 3): $79,050 - $110,000

    Senior (Level 4): $93,500 - $129,600
