Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Business & Digital Transformation – Manufacturing and Quality organization is looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join the MES (CMES/Velocity) Product Management team based out of Everett, Washington or Auburn, WA, or Mesa, AZ, or North Charleston, SC, or Seattle, WA .

This exciting opportunity will provide functional leadership in driving business and digital transformations within our current Manufacturing and Quality (CMES and Velocity) systems.

Position Responsibilities :

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

Analyzes and interprets data.

Provides feedback on assessment results.

Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.

Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+years of experience developing and implementing process improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

3+ years of experience developing solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems, requiring ingenuity and innovation.

3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership.

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or military environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Bachelor's Degree.

3+ years of experience using Velocity.

3+ years of experience working with (CMES) Common Manufacturing Execution System.

3+ years of experience developing project execution plans and schedule.

5+ years of experience developing and implementing process improvement & corrective action initiatives in a manufacturing/military environment.

5+ years of experience developing project execution plans and schedules.

Typical Education/Experience:

Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)

Senior (Level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Mid-Level (Level 3): $79,050 - $110,000

Senior (Level 4): $93,500 - $129,600
