Insight Global is searching for a Healthcare Operation Finance Analyst to join the financial integrity and analysis team for one of our largest healthcare clients in the Southeast.

This position is hybrid and will work 3 days in the office per week in downtown Charleston.

This Senior Analyst will be dedicated to supporting leaders throughout the healthcare system with analyzing, digesting, and reporting on large amounts of data that flow through their financial systems.

50% of the job will be dedicated to data mining, analyzing that data, and condensing that data into packages and business proposals so that leaders throughout the system can plan to improve their financial standings.

25% of the role will be dedicated to budgeting and budget forecasting.

25% of the role will be dedicated to driving results through identifying outliers in the financial data throughout the healthcare system by using that data to identify solutions to those outliers.

This team operates as a internal task force that gets deployed on projects in an as needed basis, typically related to mergers, expansion, or other special projects as directed by financial leadership.

This position will work on a small team of analysts and will be required to collaborate regularly with both their peers as well as stakeholders within the organization.

This person will need to be comfortable working directly with executive leadership within the hospital system.

This role requires a candidate that comes from an operational healthcare background.

This team is currently made up of former nurses, revenue cycle and supply chain professionals who utilize their past operational experience to benefit their analysis of their healthcare projects.

This role requires either a Master's degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR a bachelors degree with 5 years of relevant experience.

This person will need to come into the role with a high level of microsoft excel experience and will be expected to have background and understanding of things in excel like pivot tables and v-lookups.

Salary Range:
$65,000/year-$87,000/year
