    Express Employment Professionals Annapolis is hiring a Professional Grants Manager for a non-profit located in Annapolis

    GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
    Assist the CEO in the development and execution of all programs and contracts. The Grant Manager working closely with the Data Center Manager will have access to Empowr and Amplifund.
    v Provide pre-and post-award reviews to support compliance with the contractual requirement of federal, state, and foundation grants.
    v Analyze award requirements, special provisions, term, conditions and determine if existing AACCAA policies and procedures are in agreement.
    v Develop internal processes to support ongoing compliance with terms and conditions of the grant award.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
    v Responible for grant reporting of designated agency programs
    v Review and disseminate grant award materials and develop summarized award memorandums for all necessary staff and partners.
    v Assist with program monitoring activities to include the timely submission of reports to funders.
    v Conduct non-financial grants audits for compliance.
    v Attending assigned meetings and training.
    v Attending program and finance meeting to support alignment and compliance with required goals and outcomes.
    v Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

    Requirements:
    Education and Experience
    v Bachelor's Degree required.
    v Experience with grant administration is preferred.

    Skills and Abilities:
    v Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    v Excellent writing and computer skills.
    v Basic understanding of program evaluation.
    v Knowledge of grant making and reporting processes.
    v Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
    v Experience with Amplifund and Empowr are preferred.
    v Must be detail oriented.
    v Must be a self-starter.
    v Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet multiple deadlines.
    v Must be flexible in meeting program priorities.
    v Ability to effectively interact with staff from multiple departments.
    v Ability to work independently and/or under direct supervision.
