    In this role as Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the sales force and supporting the office of the VP/Business Manager, the Director of Sales, the Sr. Director Business Development and Sales Support Supervisor TPE. Assists with pricing proposals and analysis, cost analysis issues and resolution, sales analysis reports and interpretation. Participates and coordinates sales training programs for both external and internal departmental personnel and represents TPE division as the and the Sales and Marketing systems power user.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Assists with projects that involve the collection and analysis of information such as sales data, key business performance indicators and work on special customer-related projects.

    Provides support to the sales force in all aspects i.e., liaison, research inquiries, etc.

    Departmental Power User of Cognos, M3, Comactivity and additional software packages. Assists the TPE Sales/NBD Teams with all computer applications-related user problems as well as provide training on new software programs

    Participates as the departmental representative in key IT projects and identify gaps/needs for the business by playing the role of a power user.

    Collaborates with Finance Team to design and create Cognos reports for Strategic Projects.

    Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and follow up on corrections to Product Costs in support of Sales pricing.

    Deals with customer issues prompted by sales, customer service, credit and technical teams.

    Gatekeeper for TPE Data Sheets within IDES. Works jointly with TPE Technical team to ensure data is correct. Processes requests for product data sheets.

    Master Control Document Representative for the department.

    Enters Customer Regulatory Requests as required.

    Manages TPE rebate accruals within M3, along with issuing rebate and commission credits on a quarterly/annual schedule.

    Assists marketing by coordinating and facilitating in communications channels and tools such as Pardot, etc.

    Sources, purchases, and replenishes items for the department along with processing purchase orders for marketing and sales.

    Assists with Orientation Agenda for TPE new hires and structures Orientation /Onboarding to fit the training content for the position.

    Work is substantially complex. Analytic ability is required as in the comparison of numbers, selection of appropriate guidelines and procedures, or identification of appropriate actions to follow.

    Work requires the ability to answer and resolve customer issues and problems in order to meet customer expectations.

    Analyze the verification of COGNOS sales data integrity, track KPIs and work on special customer related projects as they arise (direct vs. distribution sales, regional breakout analysis etc.)

    Work with deduction analyst and credit department to resolve outstanding issues in the TPE division

    Effective leadership skills are required to foster teamwork within the department.

    The position requires excellent communications skills and detailed product knowledge.

    Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    **Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:**

    Four-year degree or equivalent experience

    Position requires between 2-4 years of sales and/or marketing related experience.
