    Job Summary:
    Amada Senior Care Bellevue is looking for a Scheduler/Receptionist to join our team in Kirkland, Washington. This is a full-time, hourly administrative role in the senior care industry.

    As a Scheduler/Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective scheduling of our clients' care services and answering incoming calls and routing as appropriate, other office tasks as needed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently schedule client services for caregivers based on individual care plans and availability of caregivers
    • Communicate with caregivers and clients to confirm, cancel, or reschedule shifts
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client schedules and caregiver availability
    • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member or take messages as needed
    • Greet visitors and assist them with their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member
    • Alternate oncall weekends
    • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
    • Collaborate with the management team to ensure proper staffing and scheduling practices are being followed
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and protect client privacy
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, caregivers, and visitors
    • Other duties as assigned by the management teamRequirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in scheduling or administrative role preferred
    • Exceptional organizational and time
    • management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Knowledge of scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities
    • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards seniors and their families
    • Must pass a background check
    • Must have reliable transportation
    • Must be able to work full
