    • Hourly Rate: $17.93 per hour

    Job Title:

    Are you ready to step into the role of a Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead? As the primary face of our business, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless experience for every patient and customer who walks through our doors. Your expertise in optics, product knowledge, and vision care management will be essential in guiding individuals through the Visionworks journey with simplicity and authenticity.

    • Meet daily sales targets by providing exceptional customer/patient experiences
    • Interact with clients to recommend eyewear solutions tailored to their needsTake precise measurements for eyewear fittings and stay updated on optical trends through continuous training
    • Handle day-to-day operational tasks to support store objectives, including inventory management and order processing

    Qualifications:

    Past customer-facing or patient-centric roles are a plus

    High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
