    Job Title: Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter at American Residential Services

    Overview:

    Take your sales career to new heights as a Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter. If you have a knack for sales, are money-driven, and seek a promising career path, look no further. No prior heating and cooling knowledge? No problem, as we provide comprehensive training.

    Responsibilities:

    - Work closely with major National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores to engage customers in discussions about heating and cooling enhancements, air quality upgrades, energy efficiency, and the benefits we offer.
    - Generate leads for free in-home consultations or promote a home performance tune-up, with our experts taking over from there.

    Details:

    - Salary: Hourly pay ranging from $15 to $18 based on experience and interviews. Additional earning potential through a rewarding bonus and commission structure, enabling an average hourly income of $30 or higher. Bonuses and commissions disbursed weekly.
    - Location: Leesburg, FL
    - Schedule: Both part-time and full-time positions available, with weekend and holiday availability.

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to work independently within partner retail establishments representing our brand.
      Sales background preferred, though a charismatic demeanor can substitute for experience.
      Willingness to put in extra hours and work weekends when necessary.
      All candidates must undergo pre-employment screenings.
