Under California Government Code Section 14200, this position is eligible for hybrid telework and may allow for full-time remote work in certain circumstances, at the Department's discretion. Applicants eligible for telework must be California residents. The primary work location will be determined based on the candidate's primary residence, subject to change based on HCD's criteria.

Reporting to the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) in the San Luis Obispo District Office, the incumbent will work in the El Cajon District Office, providing essential services to the public, business customers, and industry for mobilehome titling and registration, as well as other related functions managed by the department.
