All of this is enabled by our world-class, smartphone-based 3D body scanning technology, commercially known as CurveCapture (medical) and Verifyt (retail).
About the role:
We're seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Director to join our team to lead our consumer-facing efforts.
As our Digital Marketing Director, you'll spearhead our digital marketing efforts, specifically focusing on paid channels, to set ambitious growth targets and devise a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
This is a collaborative position that also requires a high degree of independent work due to the nature of our small team.
The Digital Marketing Director will report to the Director of Growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our app.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing channels including paid media, paid search, paid social, SEO/SEM, ASO, and more.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other facets of the marketing team (Influencer, Content, Social Media) to inform strategic decision-making.Build and lead the digital marketing team.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate digital marketing into broader marketing initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to drive results.
Preferred Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.8-10 years of experience in digital marketing3 years of management experience, with experience in managing digital marketers.
Proven track record of success in digital marketing roles, preferably within the B2C space and with experience in app or tech company marketing.
Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, channels, and best practices.
Passion for fashion, technology, and innovation, with a keen understanding of consumer behavior and trends in the fashion industry is a plus.
