The Director, Deposit Marketing is a key role responsible for creating and executing strategies to attract, retain and grow deposit customers. This role involves developing product promotion campaigns, customer acquisition and retention initiatives, digital marketing efforts, and team leadership while ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualified candidates will have a strong marketing background specifically in the banking or financial services industry, leadership skills and a focus on results and profitability.
Our client is seeking a Director, Deposit Marketing to manage acquisition and engagement activities to drive deposit growth for our retail and digital businesses.
This highly visible and collaborative role works closely with leadership, marketing partners and business stakeholders to achieve household and deposit financial goals.
This is a management role with 2 direct reports and an expectation of growth as our digital deposit business grows in the next 24-36 months.
