- Manage Salesforce to promptly respond to customer requests.
- Complete company-required reports such as forecasts and other needed reports promptly.
- Effectively manage customer expectations to ensure a successful working relationship.
- Bachelor's degree or relative work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and any type of CRM (preferably Salesforce).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Home base preferably in San Antonio or Austin, Texas market

Description
The Territory Manager's role is to grow sales and effectively facilitate and manage all business activities in their assigned territory - Southern Texas and Southern Louisiana.
This position requires strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage business operations daily. The territory manager will work directly with distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and other roofing industry professionals to grow sales. This role also requires the ability to effectively facilitate training in small to large groups, for both in-person and virtual classes. This role will also be responsible for assisting contractors and distributors with building job material lists and helping them secure opportunities. It is expected that the territory manager always represents DECRA Roofing Systems professionally and responsibly.
