    Project Coordinator

    Main Points

    • Must have 2+ years of professional project management experience
    • Have an Audio Visual or IT background
    • Pay Range: 50k-75k+ annual salary depending on experience
    • Junior Project Manager type of position
    • Onsite in Baltimore, MD

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a background in Information Technology (IT) or Audio-Visual (AV) technology. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing projects related to IT and AV systems deployment, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and objectives for IT and AV projects.
    • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
    • Coordinate project tasks, resources, and timelines, tracking progress and identifying potential bottlenecks or issues.
    • Monitor project budgets and expenses, working closely with the finance department to ensure adherence to financial parameters.
    • Communicate project status updates, milestones, and potential risks to project stakeholders and team members.
    • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project implementation.
    • Assist in procurement processes by liaising with vendors to obtain quotes, manage orders, and track equipment delivery.
    • Ensure that technical specifications, documentation, and user manuals are accurately prepared and distributed to relevant parties.
    • Organize and participate in project meetings, documenting meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up tasks.
