    We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Product Manager with a strong background in AdTech to join our dynamic team.

    As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our ad monetization products, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and remain competitive in the market.

    Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative ad monetization products.
    Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
    Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
    Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
    Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
    Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the AdTech industry, with a focus on ad monetization.
    Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
    Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
    Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
    Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and major trends affecting digital advertising.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
    Proven ability to drive decision-making process with persuasion and consensus-building.
