If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Manager to join our Denver teamResponsibilities/Duties:
Responsible for identifying potential target clients, cold calling and scheduling meetings and developing relationships to grow their account base.
You will partner, guide and work with the recruiting team to drive results and manage your business to successful completion.
Work with clients to understand their true business needs and build quality high level relationshipsHunt for new clients/MSAs
Develop client contacts and organizational charts through discovery and networking
Develop a balanced business portfolio to build long-term success
Desired Skills/Experience:
Staffing sales experience with some recruiter experience as a foundation.
Candidates should be comfortable in all aspects of the sales process, prospecting, cold/warm calling, scheduling meetings, client presentations, gathering requirements and managing results.
Positive team player that cares as much about the success of their team, clients and consultant as they do their own is a non-negotiable.
Equity IT is looking for individuals that have the ability to work hard to achieve great results, mentor recruiters and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
Compensation/Perks:
Healthy base pay-open for negotiation based on experience, value add, and quality of interview. For this position- $60,000-$125,000
Uncapped commission structure with each tier rolling up as you grow
Open to higher commission structure options for the potential of a lower base range or salary trade off
Performance bonuses, trips, and rapid career advancement for top performers that demonstrate leadership qualities and ability to build the business
