    Description

    THE COMPANY:


    Our client specializes in brokering transportation services for refrigerated goods, facilitating the movement of produce from the west coast's growing regions to markets across the country.

    Our client is very well known and respected in the logistics space and is expanding their Scottsdale team.

    As a Senior Sales Executive within this brokerage environment, you will play a pivotal role in identifying net-new client, in addition to expanding existing business.

    This role will require an individual who has a strong ability to identify low-hanging fruit within existing accounts to ask for new business & bid on new lanes, all while maintaining strong long-lasting relationships.


    THE JOB:


    The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients by acting as the main contact with strong rapport and seamless communications.

    Understanding the brokerage environment is crucial, as you will be responsible for seizing opportunity. This is primarily an IN-OFFICE role Monday to Friday.


    THE QUALIFICATIONS:
    Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field5 years minimum of brokerage / third-party logistics carrier sales experienceKnowledge in refrigerated freight would be a plusAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentMust be Scottsdale/Phoenix-based, IN-OFFICE role Monday to Friday
