    Description


    Position SummaryWe are seeking an innovative and highly motivated People Operations Specialist who will contribute significantly to the growth of the Cellares team.

    The primary focus of this position will be responsible for scheduling interviews, arranging travel, and creating a positive candidate experience.

    As a People Operations Specialist, you will also be responsible for HR administration duties.

    Candidates should enjoy working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, and be prepared to tackle a broad selection of challenges as the company grows.

    ResponsibilitiesPartner with members of the recruiting and hiring teams to provide a world-class candidate experienceManage the candidate interview process; schedule Zoom or onsite interviews, serve as the point of contact for questions, and following up with candidates when necessaryGreet candidates and make them feel welcome during onsite visitsArrange travel for candidates flying to our office for onsite interviewsProcess candidate reimbursements with our accounting team for traveling candidatesAssist recruiters with creating and formatting job descriptionsMaintain employee records, including personal data, employment history, and organizational changes, while upholding stringent compliance with data protection regulationsResponding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistanceAssist with all manner of ad-hoc organizational development projects such as talent reviews, engagement surveys, compliance trainings, and as a supporting teammate to our larger People Team in various waysAssist with ad hoc projects and process improvement initiativesRequirementsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in a similar role.

    Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator is preferredWeb based ATS experience is preferred (We use Lever)Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidatesSelf-awareness, integrity, authenticity, and a growth mindset$65,000 - $100,000 a yearCellares total compensation package contains competitive base salaries, highly subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans, 401(k) Matching, Free EV Charging, Onsite lunches, and Stock options.

    All displayed pay ranges are approximate, negotiable, and location dependent.
