If you're an experienced dispatcher who has demonstrated people skills, who loves troubleshooting and lives to delight customers, we have a great first shift opportunity for you Previous experience scheduling routes and working with in-house CDL drivers is ideal.     salary: $50,000 - $57,000 per year
    shift: First
    work hours: 7 AM - 4:30 PM

    Responsibilities

    The responsibilities of the dispatcher include:
    • Route deliveries efficiently.
    • Investigate and resolve issues reported by drivers.
    • Coordinate deliveries with other departments and facilities.
    • Assist will-call customers.
    • Use computer for shipping feedback/other various computer functions.
    • Assist with phone calls.
    • Collaborate with sales, order entry, service department, etc. to meet customer needs.
